P-doped fibers module

Phosphorus doped fiber module is designed for high efficiency Raman lasers and amplifiers operating in the 1.1-1.5 µm spectral range. The main advantage of this fiber module is a three times higher value of the Raman shift as compared to germanium-doped fibers. This feature greatly simplifies the design of Raman fiber lasers and amplifiers design by reducing the number of Raman wavelength conversion cascades.
